The voice of the patient is strong at Springfield Clinic! Last year, we collected more than 116,000 patient experience surveys through our experience partner Press Ganey. Of the 250+ of our providers who rank in the Top 10%, more than half are recognized even further as serving in the Top 1% for patient experience nationwide. We want to recognize and thank our providers for this accomplishment. These consistent efforts from our providers and their care teams have increased our net promoter score (NPS), a measurement of patients’ likelihood to recommend the practice to friends and family, by seven points over the past four years. Our NPS score currently sits at 86, an exceptional score against industry benchmarks.
