Kathryn (Kate) Cervi, APRN, CNP, provides primary care at Springfield Clinic Taylorville and collaborates with Pavinderpal Gill, MD.

Kate completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Bradley University in Peoria and her undergraduate degree at Millikin University in Decatur. She has more than eight years of nursing experience, previously serving as a registered nurse at Springfield Memorial Hospital and Taylorville Memorial Hospital.

Kate has gained a wide variety of experiences and problem-solving skills through her background in Emergency Medicine. “I am really looking forward to building relationships with patients and taking the time to get to know them and their families.”

“I was born and raised in Taylorville, and I am excited to be a care provider for my home community,” Kate says. “I am also following in my parent’s footsteps which has been incredibly rewarding.”

Outside of work, Kate is involved with the Taylorville Public Schools Foundation Board of Directors, which helps raise money for the local school district and provides grants and funding for numerous projects throughout the district.

In her free time, Kate spends time with her husband and four young children outdoors, including visiting the beach, boating and bike riding. She also loves to read, shop and is always learning new things.
