Wesley Ferrill, APRN, DNP, CNP, provides care with the Springfield Clinic Cardiology team and sees patients at Springfield Clinic 1st - 800 Building in collaboration with Dr. Muhammad Khan. 

Wesley earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He has more than 12 years of experience in health care, initially serving as a radiologic technologist assistant while going to college and, more recently, as a nurse on a inpatient cardiac floor since 2017. 

"Caring for cardiac conditions can be challenging, but I was keen on taking on this challenge and cardiology has become my passion," Wesley says. "Having a healthy heart is very important for overall health, and I am looking forward to being a provider now with Springfield Clinic Cardiology."

In his free time, Wesley likes to travel with family, especially annually to Disney World, play video games online with friends to stay in touch and ride his motorcycle.
