We have earned the three-year Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) in Oral Pharmacy.
Springfield Clinic Pharmacy provides pharmaceutical services to Springfield Clinic patients and employees. We are a fully-licensed retail pharmacy contracted with most insurances companies, including Medicare Parts B & D, and are in the process of credentialing with Illinois Medicaid. Our pharmacy is located at Springfield Clinic 1st - 900 Building on the fourth floor, has three pharmacists on staff and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This service is available, but not required, for Springfield Clinic patients and employees who have a prescription order from their Springfield Clinic provider. We handle any prior authorization needs and can FedEx prescriptions to patients at no charge. We provide counseling, drug interaction checking and general drug information for providers, nurses and patients, and we work with our financial team to help patients with high co-pays.
