Morgan Worker, MAT, LAT, ATC, chose a career in health care because of a passion for sports and a desire to provide care that she felt was lacking during her high school years. Without an athletic trainer at her school, Morgan discovered the field of athletic training and found it to be the perfect blend of her interests. She was drawn to the profession because it allowed her to stay connected with sports while offering the level of care she believes all athletes deserve.

In her role, Morgan is most passionate about the unique relationships she builds with her athletes. She cherishes the opportunity to know them as individuals before they become her patients. This personal connection fosters a sense of trust and comfort, transforming her from just another health care provider into a familiar face and a supportive figure.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and indulging in sports and movies.
