Springfield Clinic's Medical Spa offers laser, facial, injection and other spa-like cosmetic services that can even out your skin tone, increase cell turnover, promote cell growth, remove unsightly veins or abnormal hair growth and stimulate collagen production to help the skin retain its softness and reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Cosmetic consult fee

A $100 cosmetic consult fee will be charged for each initial new cosmetic consult of all non-established cosmetic surgical\injection patients.

Treatments

Asclera Injections

A prescription medicine that is used in a procedure called sclerotherapy to treat spider and varicose veins. 

CoolSculpting

An FDA-cleared medical procedure that freezes away unwanted fat for good without surgery or downtime. 

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are typically a natural substance found in our bodies. They are well suited to plump thin lips, fill facial creases and may also be appropriate for some surface wrinkles. The results last six months or longer. With repeated injections, the product results may last longer and less volume is required. 

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is the mechanical exfoliation of the skin by removing the top layer of the stratum corneum with a surgical blade. This will leave your skin soft and smooth, allowing skin care products to penetrate more effectively. It will also help to reduce the appearance of fine lines, prevent unwanted acne breakouts, and restore an overall glow. 

It is safe for all skin types, especially those with sun damage, fine lines, dry patches, peach fuzz and dull skin. Dermaplaning is not intended for those with active acne breakouts, moderate to severe rosacea, or highly sensitive skin. 

Ear Piercings

Earlobe piercings are available for ages 4 and up. The earrings dispensed by our office are 24-karat, gold-plated and hypoallergenic.

Enriched Facials

We offer facials for any skin type to cleanse the skin and pores, reduce inflammation, and boosts hydration. Our Springfield location uses Epionce skin care products for facial treatments. Our Peoria Heights location offers HydraFacial treatments. 

Injectables

Fine wrinkles that appear occasionally and deeper wrinkles that are always obvious can both be treated with neurotoxins by itself or used alongside injectable fillers.  This will either soften or completely get rid of your troublesome wrinkles.

Laser Treatments

Treatments include laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, vascular laser treatment, and CO2 laser resurfacing. 

Latisse Eyelash Treatment

Latisse® is a treatment for short or thin lashes that is very effective.  Your lashes will be darker, fuller and longer in just three or four months.  Latisse® is the sole product approved by the FDA for the treatment of short or thin lashes. 

Micro-Needling

Performed for skin tightening and scar revision on all skin types. Micro-needling is performed with the SkinPen. It is the first FDA cleared micro-needling device used for skin tightening and scar revision on all skin types. The SkinPen glides over the face while tiny needles penetrate the skin causing controlled injury.  This leads to the body's natural healing process to begin, which then stimulates the growth of collagen and new tissue.

QWO

QWO is used to treat cellulite in the buttocks of adult women.

Sculptra

Made with biocompatible, biodegradable, synthetic material called poly-L-lactic acid, which is gradually and naturally absorbed by the body and helps to rebuild lost collagen through a series of treatments. The stimulated collagen growth helps restore facial volume and the look of fullness to wrinkles and folds over time. Sculptra results that can last more than two years. It can be used in combination with dermal filler and/or neuromodulators. 

Skin Care

Using treatments and products to minimize the appearance of premature skin aging, skin and sun damage, hyperpigmentation, acne and more. Springfield offers the Obagi skin care system.

This pricing is for services at Springfield Medical Spa. Pricing for most treatments varies depending on area being treated - the below guide is an estimation. Pricing should be confirmed with our office during your consultation and is subject to change.

There are a variety of dermal fillers on the market. Here are some of the more commonly ones used:

The Juvederm family of products include Voluma, Vollure, Juvederm Plus, Juvederm Ultra and Volbella

  • Voluma XC - $900/syringe

    • Corrects volume of the midface. Ideal restoring youthful cheeks and helping raise the lower half of the face.

    • FDA-approved to correct age-related volume loss in the midface for up to 2 years with optimal treatment.

  • Vollure XC - $750/syringe

    • Corrects moderate to severe wrinkles and folds. Ideal for smoothing nasolabial folds, oral commissures and marionette lines.

    • FDA approved to correct age-related volume loss for up to 18 months with optimal treatment.

  • Juvederm Plus XC - $600/syringe

    • Corrects moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Ideal for the deep nasolabial folds smooth oral commissures, reduce marionette lines.

  • Juvederm Ultra XC - $600/syringe

    • Corrects moderate facial wrinkles and folds. Ideal for mild to moderate folds on the face, smoothing vertical lip lines, and naturally plumping the lips.

  • Volbella XC - $350/syringe

    • FDA-approved to increase lip fullness and soften the appearance of “smoker’s lines” around the mouth. It may also be used to fill pitted acne scarring in the face. Can last up to 1 year with optimal treatment. 

The Restylane family of products includes Restylane-L, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Silk, Restylane Refyne, Restylane Defyne, Restylane Contour and Restylane Kysse.

  • Restylane – L - $600/syringe

    • It is for mid to deep injection into the facial tissue and for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds. It is also indicated for injection into the lips.

  • Restylane Lyft - $800/syringe

    • It is for deep implantation into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds such as nasolabial folds and for cheek augmentation and for the correction of age related midface contour deficiencies. It is also used in hand rejuvenation.

  • Restylane Silk - $600/syringe

    • It is for lip augmentation and for correction of perioral wrinkles in patients.

  • Restylane Refyne - $700/syringe

    • It is for mid-to-deep injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds.

  • Restylane Defyne - $700/syringe

    • It is for mid-to-deep injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe deep facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds.

  • Restylane Contour - $800/syringe

    • Contour is built for the cheeks with XpresHAn technology with flexible movement specifically for the cheeks and midface.

  • Restylane Kysse - $700/syringe

    • Kysse is built for the lips with XpresHAn Technology™ and provides an ideal balance of flexibility and support for a natural feel. Patients have improved lip fullness up to a year.

  • 3mm gold - $75

A typical series of injections include two vials initially, 8 weeks later a 3rd vial, 8 weeks later a 4th vial then maintenance of a vial per year. Occasionally, with severe volume depletion, two vials can be used on the 2nd treatment. Sculptra results that can last more than two years. It can be used in combination with dermal filler and/or neuromodulators.

  • $650 for one vial
